1. Acceptance and Scope of Services

By accessing afaquedesigns.com or engaging Muhammad Afaque Chaudhry for project work, you agree to these terms. Afaque Designs provides professional services including, but not limited to, brand identity, regulatory retail packaging, 3D visualization, WordPress e-commerce development, and remote pharmacy back-office operations.

2. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All unfinalized concepts, drafts, and working files remain the intellectual property of Afaque Designs. Upon project completion and receipt of final payment, full ownership and access to the finalized, high-resolution source files (.AI, .PSD, .PDF, etc.) are transferred to the client. We maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all unreleased products, medical data, and internal business operations discussed during our engagement.

3. Payments and Deliverables

Projects are structured on either a custom flat-fee basis (requiring a standard upfront deposit) or a flexible hourly rate for ongoing support and revisions. All estimated timelines, including our standard 48-hour turnaround for initial concepts, are outlined during the discovery phase and are contingent upon timely client feedback and communication.

4. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

Afaque Designs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital assets, web builds, or consulting services. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Islamabad, Pakistan.
